The Guideline Brook WF is the small stream master. With its compressed taper and short head, Brook WF fly line loads the rod well at very short distances and enables you to shoot a good distance with hardly any line out of the rod tip. It loads the rod enough for short casting. It improves control and accuracy when fishing at short distances.

This line is great for smaller rivers and tight corners in small lakes with lots of vegetation. Whether overhead casting between trees or roll/spey casting, this compact tapered line will do the job. It offers new possibilities and makes these difficult casts easier.

The head is just 6,5 meters designed to perform well at distances from under the rod tip to 15-20 meters. The head is basically a triangular shape front taper ending in a short back taper. This gives a line that is very easy to lift and to perform roll and switch/spey casts because the major part of the weight is directly aligned with the rod and rod tip.

To create stability for overhead casts Guideline included a holding line of 1,75m that tapers down to the running line. This also slows down the turnover a little, gives better balance and makes it possible to present well at medium distances. The head is white and the running line is yellow. The color transition is placed perfectly set for switch- and roll casts.
