Synthetic fiber that aids floatation in surface patterns. Brushed type: ideal for spent wings and general insect wings: caddis,sedge, loop wings or V-wings. Non-brushed: great for insects abdomen imitations.
The ultrafine structure allows this material to be used with ease on smallish simulations in sizes # 18 – 20 – 22.
